Australia Together is a live planning space for Australians to build their preferred plan for their future.

The plan is growing and changing over time in response to the comments of Australians and research about the health and progress of our society, environment, economy and democracy.

ACFP is assisting Australians to build their first long term integrated community futures plan - Australia Together - using National Integrated Planning & Reporting (National IP&R). A starting draft of the plan is currently in development.
